One-on-One Fertility Coaching

Fertility Awareness
Based Method Education

I offer NFP using the Billings Ovulation Method for couples wanting to achieve pregnancy naturally by determing the optimum days of fertility and identifying the woman’s natural signs of fertility.

In addition, I teach this method for engaged and married couples to postpone or avoid pregnancy according to God’s design for their family.

How does this work?

I meet with you first for an Introductory class which usually lasts for an hour. This is followed by a series of follow-up NFP charting sessions until you are independent and able to chart your cycle accurately. When your situation changes, postpartum, breastfeeding, premenopause, we will meet again.
