What Healthy Meals to eat in a Restaurant while TTC

Just because you are trying to conceive it doesn’t mean you cannot enjoy a meal or two with your family in a restaurant.

Here are 3 restaurants and tips on how and what to order.

Chinese– Ask for steamed vegetables and try to avoid sauces containing MSG. Many restaurants nowadays do not put this in their meals any longer. But it doesn’t hurt to ask.

Italian– If these are available- opt for plant-based noodles or pasta and marinara based sauces.

Mexican– Go for more light dishes by going for grilled vs fried and add those delicious guacamole and salsa.
