Natural Family Planning Course Overview
Introductory Class
This will be offered in a remote learning setting either as a group or individual.
Initial cost will be $75. We will learn about the Billings Ovulation Method, reproductive anatomy and Billings rules and phases of your menstrual cycle in order to identify a woman’s natural fertility patterns in order to achieve or postpone pregnancy.
Follow-Up Charting
To be able to learn and be certain that your charting is accurate we would need to schedule Follow Up Sessions. Every woman is unique and every cycle is different. Follow-up Sessions begin every 2 weeks for a month, then depending on your level of confidence more follow-up will be scheduled for a period of 6 months. This is for an additional cost of $100.
Ongoing Sessions
Once you learn the Billings Ovulation Method, you will be able to feel confident in making informed decisions in your fertility journey for the long run whether to achieve , postpone or avoid pregnancy. As your reproductive season seasons change, I offer ongoing follow ups as needed.
How To Qualify For Free Sessions
If you are a Catholic Single woman or engaged or Catholic married Couple you may qualify for a free Billings Ovulation Method teaching and follow-up charting sessions.
