Introduction to my Abundant Fertility Project
I would like to share with you my Abundant Fertility Project.
It is a 12 week program where I will share with you healthful information on your fertility journey.
I was not in the best of health before and during my pregnancy. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I would like couples who are struggling to know that there is help there.
Sometimes it’s just knowing the right food to eat at the right time of a woman’s menstrual cycle, managing her stress level and having a harmonious relationship with your husband is all it takes to conceive. It would also be beneficial to know the optimum time and window of fertility in order to conceive.
And of course, guidance from a fertility coach who will walk you through every step of the way. This won’t be a piece of cake. It’s going to be a challenge. However, you will not be alone. I will hold your hand if I have to (virtually) that is. We can do this together.
Here’s some of what I will teach.
P-roper Nutrition, (nutrition for hormone imbalance and infertility)
U-nderstanding supplements, (gut health and the microbiome)
Z-apping stress, (stress and fertility)
Z-zzzz (sleep), relaxation, breathing techniques
L-ove/Encouragement, (mind, body connection)
E-xercise/environment and how to cycle sync for balanced hormones.
These also include: guide to healthy periods, meal timing, functional nutrition, fertility awareness education and much much more.
I am different from other fertility coaches out there because I incorporate fertility awareness-based methods or natural family planning to optimize your chance of conceiving.
How does this work? I will teach you how to track your cycle and from there identify your natural signs of fertility and tell you when you should be intimate with your spouse. It would be very beneficial if you are healthy, and your husband is healthy before conceiving. In this way your baby will be healthy as well and you and your family will have a strong foundation of wellness. We will pray together and ask for the intercession of the saints.
