How to drink water for Fertility

How much water you need to drink each day depends on your body weight, your activity level and temperature where you live and the color of your urine.

Wait what? Yes, how your urine looks determines if you’re drinking enough water or not.

If you are exercising more or sweating more, of course you are going to need more water. If your urine’s color is dark, this means you are not drinking too much water.

In the morning drink at least 1-2 glasses (16 oz) of water to replenish what you’ve lost while sleeping.

If you don’t like the taste of water, you may add a thin slice of cucumber, lemon or lime to your tall glass of water or pitcher. You have yourself a refreshing drink.
