Not all menstrual cycling apps are the same.

Knowing what to eat and optimizing your nutrition will take you on the right track to achieving pregnancy. But did you know that learning to chart your cycle and learning your signs of fertility will help you even more?

As women we only have a small window of fertile days in a cycle around 5-7 days to be specific. When you track your cycle, observing what you see and feel down there daily and recognizing which days are fertile will boost your chances of conceiving.

There are numerous cycle apps out there and many are following the rhythm method. But not the NFP charting app that I will teach you.
