Did you know that digesting food puts stress in our body every single day? You may notice that when your digestive system is already at its wit’s end, your body gets fatigued. We must pay attention to what our body’s telling us.
Note that our stomach empties totally after 4 to 5 hours of eating.
This then reaches the colon in about 16 to 40 hours after eating.
Writing this makes me tired already. Wow!
What are we to do?

Chew, chew, chew your food. Exercise. Don’t eat too much. Avoid processed foods particularly those with poor fat quality.
